3 OPTIONS:

2.A - Temporary ModuBase Ringbeam - @ Starting from £39,500**
(Temporary Ringbeam 1 year -20 year with Sustainable through Reuse features and moveable)

Includes the full pre-base preparations of the area, to make ready to accept a temporary levelling sub-base materials. Followed by our patented temporary concrete ring beam systems, internal court drainage underfloor grid, and external areas of 1m around the perimeter and protective membrane. The result is a stable,
high-quality level Padel court base and floor ready to accept a Temporary Padel court structure with artificial grass

2.B - Standard Concrete Ring Beam @ Starting from £ 47,500**
(Permanent reinforced concrete footings with Tarmac Base within)

Includes the full groundwork preparations of the area. Preparing and pouring of the concrete ring beam, internal tarmac court surface for artificial grass or playing on.

2.C - Court With Court - Permanent @ Starting from £ 22,500 **
(Padel Court base within disused existing Tennis court)

Marking, cutting, removing internal base area and reapplying drainage base and tarmac infill with joins ready to accept a Padel Court of your choice

**Drainage, large gradients and other removal of rubble, foliage or metalwork , extra viewing areas, ramps steps, and other complications will be quoted as extra costs in addition to our sqM pricing structure.
Prices exclude VAT and is based on midlands area (additional travelling & subsistence costs apply outside this location), subject to a full site survey charged in advance @ £ 499 + VAT

3. Maintenance Package – £995 per Year

Our optional maintenance program covers yearly checks and drainage upkeep, ensuring your Padel court base stays in optimal playing condition.

4. Removal and Site Relocation or Recycling of Modubase Temporary ringbeam – FREE or relocation quote - £ TBC

When it’s time to move, our team will remove the entire floor structure and restore the site to its pre-court state, leaving no trace of the installation.

We can then either relocate the court base for you ( chargeable cost) or, wewill recycle or reuse the equipment as we see fit.

All materials will be reused and recycled with no extra cost for you.
